• July 21, 2011 Bryan Ross elected Club Treasurer, replacing Terry Stein. Many thanks to Terry for a job well done.
• July 14, 2011: At this meeting Governor Bill Parker inducted Karen Ann Wall as our President for the year. We celebrated with a dinner catered by Chef Starr.
• July 7, 2011: We moved our meetings to the Flat Rock Village Hall at the first meeting of the 2011-2012 year

• April 29, 2011: We achieved a significant growth goal we set for our club last autumn. As a result, both Governor Ed Walcoff and Governor Elect Bill Parker promised to support our club through the next year.
• Congratulations to Charter Member Karen Ann and her new husband, Steve Wall, married on October 9th. The Walls hosted a wonderful reception at their home the next afternoon, complete with food from the Hubba Bubba Barbecue of Flat Rock and music by the Bishop Brother's Band, with Marty and Don on guitar and fiddle.
• September 23, 2010: RC of FR held a special Membership Open House meeting at the Woodfield Inn. Our District Governor, Ed Walcoff, was our speaker, and it was a great opportunity to learn about our club and Rotary. We were assisted by members of the Rotary Club of Hendersonville.

• September 16, 2010: Lee and Linda Mager and Harry Lewis (RC of H'ville) were interviewed at Henderson County radio station WTZQ. The Magers spoke about the Rotary Club of Flat Rock and Harry Lewis described the Gift of Life program, which the Rotary Club of Flat Rock supports.

• June 8, 2010: Lee, David and Karen Ann interviewed on Hendersonville's WHKP radio station.
• January 2010: We began holding our meetings at the historic Woodfield Inn, 2905 Greenville Hwy, Flat Rock.
• November 28, 2009: Five Rotary Club of Flat Rock members "Rang the Bell" for the Salvation Army in front of the Fresh Market.
• October 2009: We collected 60 lbs of food and materials for the Henderson County Interfaith Assistance Ministry
• September 24, 2009 District Governor Carol King visited Rotary Club of Flat Rock
